Lee’s Golden Raspberry — Formal Decorative Dahlia
The Lee’s Golden Raspberry is a uniquely beautiful Formal Decorative dahlia with a color combination that sets it apart from every other yellow cultivar. Its petal face glows in a warm golden-yellow and honey-yellow — maintaining rich goldenrod and apricot tones rather than turning a harsh highlighter yellow — while the reverse reveals a striking raspberry-pink that flashes beautifully as each bloom moves in the breeze.
- Bloom Form: Formal Decorative (FD)
- Bloom Size: 3–4 inches
- Color: Warm golden/honey-yellow face (goldenrod & apricot tones) with raspberry-pink reverse
- Plant Height: 3 to 5 feet (varies by growing conditions)
A sophisticated and distinctive choice for mixed bouquets, warm-toned arrangements, and any floral design that calls for a yellow dahlia with real depth, warmth, and a secret surprise on the reverse.
